This seems like a pretty obvious choice, but the power and size of the falls never gets old! Grab a couple friends, a rain jacket and a camera and take some photos of the Niagara Falls. You can also go at night and see the falls lit up by a colourful light show. Best of all, it’s free!
If just seeing the falls is not quite enough, get really close to the action on the Maid of the Mist or Horn Blower, a boat that goes right to the bottom of the falls! Be surrounded by the thundering water and prepare to get soaked! If you want to experience the power of the falls but tend to get seasick, keep your feet grounded with a Journey Behind the Falls.

Hope you’re not afraid of heights! More than 235 meters above the falls is Skylon Tower, where you can see the falls, the surrounding city and the Niagara Escarpment from a new perspective.
Feeling fast and furious? Unlike other go-karting tracks which are generally flat, the Niagara Speedway track is elevated and it’s the largest of its kind in North America. Choose a single seater if you like to ride solo, or pick a double seater and bring along your “ride-or die” to sit shotgun.
This cute little town is just a 20-minute drive from Niagara Falls. The town has a mid-19th-century appearance and is the perfect place to spend a sunny day walking and checking out the shops. To go with the historical ambience, there are also horse-drawn carriages to give you a little tour through the streets. If you have a sweet tooth, I highly recommend checking out the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory! It has many high-quality, chocolate covered sweets- including caramel apples.
If you want to escape some of the craziness surrounding the falls, check out this multi-level rainforest filled with exotic birds! The Bird Kingdom is the largest free-flying indoor bird aviary in the world and you can get up close and personal with some of the birds.
